During sessions, I often encourage my clients to focus on enjoying time together, being as affectionate as they care to be, and doing what feels comfortable and natural to them. Sometimes this involves an outing, activities, or prompted moments.

Couple sessions often include a combination of candid and “look at me” moments depending on what the couple prefers.
