Chelsea and Rachael’s wedding was on New Years Eve! Wonderful way to start their next chapter together. They got ready and had their ceremony at the Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy Farm, just outside Asheville, NC. Close friends and family came from across the country, from Florida to Seattle.

Chelsea and Rachael’s ceremony was thoughtfully prepared. Before their guests arrived, they put together an altar of meaningful items from their home and relationship, including a collection of love letters they’d shared and books that had influenced their relationship and informed their vows.
During their ceremony, Chelsea and Rachael made a special effort to honor the land that belonged to the Cherokee. They also honored the queer and trans people who made their marriage possible and those still unable to experience the privilege.
Everyone enjoyed dinner together at Curate in downtown Asheville.
